Corporal P. Wiley Reagan, Company K, 4th Reserves. In "History of Pennsylvania Volunteers" simply states "He was discharged for disability on 12/4/1862" as does his index card in the State Archives. However, in a letter written by a Company K soldier, he gives a detailed account of his comrades in Company K who were wounded, killed, captured or missing on June 30th, 1862 at the Battle of Gaines' Mill.

New information states: "Wounded – Corporal P. Wiley Regan, Pughtown, ball through thigh and one through arm, severe"1
